World Malaria Day
Ghana chapter commemorated the World Malaria Day with a forum and bed net distribution to pregnant women and lactating mothers in the Ga West Municipal District in the Greater Accra region.
Other 2015 Activities
• In June, AMMREN convened a stakeholders’ meeting at the Bellagio Conference Centre in Italy bring together stakeholders from Africa and the USA to develop a media strategy on the elimination agenda and the vaccine
• AMMREN in collaboration with the University of Health and Allied Sciences, (UHAS) hosted an Ebola vaccine trial training workshop for journalists in Hohoe and Ho in the Volta region in July
